Kia ora Wendy,

Thank you so much for your email. We have just headed back to reality (work) today, and are bitterly disappointed not to be still in Niue as you can imagine!
Our time was incredible. We are so grateful for the care of the resort, I cannot complain one bit about their organisation and service. Everyone went above and beyond for us. 

The day itself was magical. We married on Tmk beach and the little bar on the top opened for us especially for some celebration drinks after the ceremony. It was a stunning place to watch the sunset. Viv was just amazing at getting our day set up. So organised and everything looked beautiful. We even got back to a bottle of champagne in our room and the menus had our name on for dinner. The thoughtfulness was really beyond.

Highlights for us:
1) Washaway Cafe - a truly unique little spot only open on Sundays after church. Honesty bar system and just truly special!
2) Whale tour - absolutely essential! Seeing the whales was life-changing!!!
3) I would never not recommend visits to the little stores in town. We got some tshirts from the print shop, coffees and supplies there and people were so kind, open and interesting. Buying local is truly valued.
4) Drive around the island- we did this on Sunday (quiet day) and I am so glad we got to see a little something we wouldn't have otherwise. The less populated side is very different, not much to do in terms of swimming or walks but really interesting regardless.

Thank you again for all your effort in helping us plan our special day. I couldn't have asked for anything more, Niue is amazing!
