Oh my gosh it was SO lovely! We had such an amazing time. Everything went smoothly, no hiccups, and we so enjoyed kicking back in ‘Fiji time’. We have actually been talking about another trip next year and would absolutely book through yourself again. Definitely won’t be the last visit to Fiji that’s for sure! We have been thinking about other islands like Raro, Tahiti, etc, it was nice to have a relaxed kick back holiday instead of an adventure holiday - which is the style we usually would go for.

The Fijian people were so lovely! It really touched us when they said things like ‘welcome to our home’ when we arrived via Fiji airways - and having people sing in the arrivals lounge at the airport was so different. We felt so welcomed :)

We were so impressed by your attention to detail. All the vouchers that we had were even in order (from the time we would need them). My partner (woops now husband haha) was so impressed which is high praise as he is a bit of a perfectionist. You have always replied so quickly and nothing was ever too much of a hassle. I especially appreciated you liasing with Gloria re the single status certificate (even though it was not your role) and bridging the gap between NZ time and Fiji time. You were very knowledgeable with your ideas (without being pushy) and really took time to get to know exactly what we were after. You went above and beyond so thank you so much :)

Anais will be sending us through some photos in the next 3-4 weeks which we are so excited about! She was so lovely to work with.
